Jabari Parker Receives Another Prestigious Invite

Jabari Parker, the 6'6 class of 2013 guard from Simeon Career Academy in Chicago has received an invitation to the NBA Players Association Top 100 Camp in Charlottesville, VA. Jabari's camp invite was confirmed by his father, Chicago basketball legend Sonny Parker.

The NBA Players camp will be held at the University Of Virginia from June 16-20 and features the elite high school basketball prospects in the nation. It is unquestionably one of the most prestigious events of the summer, as for the most part it is relegated to juniors and seniors-to-be. Parker will only be a sophomore next season and therefore for him to be invited to the camp is indicative of what an outstanding player he really is.

Parker ranks among the top 15 prospects nationally in the class of 2013 and was a main ingredient in helping lead Simeon to the Class 4A state championship in Illinois last month.
